Email Marketing That Doesn’t Just Sit in Inboxes
We help Hamilton businesses send emails people actually open — and act on. From first contact to follow-up, we handle it all.

Emails That Feel Like They Came From You (But Better)
We work with small teams and local businesses across Hamilton who are great at what they do — but don’t have time to send newsletters, set up follow-ups, or figure out how to segment a list. Some want to re-engage past customers. Others want to reach out to new leads. A few just want their email list to actually do something. Whatever your goal, we take it off your plate. We plan it, write it, build it, and send it. And because we’re big on data, we don’t just “set and forget.” We track what works, adjust what doesn’t, and keep you in the loop — without overwhelming you with reports.
If Email’s Just One Piece, We’ve Got the Rest Covered Too
No Fancy Decks. No Buzzwords. Just Good Work.
Relied upon by a Fresh Generation of Companies
This is where we share what’s actually worth doing.
These are the most common questions.
I’ve never done this before. Does that make it harder?
Nope. Honestly, most folks we work with haven’t either. You don’t need to know anything about email tools or what kind of campaign to run. That’s our end. You just tell us what you’re hoping to get from it, and we build it from there.
Do I have to write the emails myself?
Nah, that’s what we’re here for. You can throw us a few notes if you want — but even if you’ve got nothing, we’ll come up with something solid. We make sure it sounds like you and keeps it simple. You’ll get to approve everything.
What kind of emails do you actually send?
Depends on the business. Sometimes it’s a welcome message, sometimes a follow-up, sometimes it’s just “hey, it’s been a while.” We’ve done promos, appointment reminders, abandoned quote emails — even birthday offers. Whatever makes sense for your people.
How often do you send stuff?
We don’t blast your list every day. Usually once a week or every two weeks, depending on what you’re trying to do. If it’s a drip campaign, that’s on autopilot. We’ll figure out the best rhythm together.
My list is small — is this still worth doing?
Yeah, it is. We’ve run email for people with 30 contacts and others with 30,000. Doesn’t matter. It’s more about sending the right message than how big your list is. Small lists usually mean tighter results, anyway.
